Intuitive Archery Method
While learning this method, you will gain:
Proper ground archery form, 2 different draw techniques.
Breath work, stress release, and whole body relaxation methods. Music is always used to increase energy flow and sense of peace, relaxation and empowerment.
Intuition practice and how to lean into your own personal instinct, wisdom and inner guiding voice.
Release of negative or demeaning thoughts, Reclamation of present moment mindfulness, acceptance and love for self.
This method is a deeply somatic experience, with students on both coasts who rave about its powerful influence on their healing journey and overall quality of life improvement.

Throughout my healing journey, I discovered Archery, and it completely changed my life, and more importantly, it healed my perception of myself.
Over the years, I created this unique method of Intuitive Archery that combines ancient traditional archery draw methods, with the grounding and mindfulness of meditative breath and visualization. This method is rooted in your natural ability to instinctually feel what you’re looking to process, reclaim or release, and do so with the somatic release of the arrow and power of the bow.
One on one lessons will provide you the most in depth discovery of your own process, and personal empowerment for your journey.
